Mr. Freddy Jack was a great instructor. He kept all of us engaged with his lively spirit, thoroughly explained the facts to the questions we had and was very courteous, respectful, and patient. I personally had some questions for Mr. Jack that I waited until after the class was over to ask him and he took the time to answer my questions with explanations without rushing me out so he could leave as well. He explained the what and the why and I am very grateful to have been placed in his class as I have learned lessons, from his teaching the lessons laid out and from his insights to his personal experiences on jobsites, that I will keep with me as I embark on this new direction in my career.
